SO HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Go to the online booker and reserve a time slot. Doing this ahead of arrival will help to speed up your visit.
If you are having any issues with the online booker, just give us a call as soon as we're open and we can direct you on the best time to come in.
Please proceed to the clinic for your pet's time slot. When you arrive, enter your pet's information on the check-in kiosk in the lobby. This let's us know you have arrived.
You and your pet will be assigned an exam room for your visit.
A technician will take you and your pet to an exam room and gather medical history.
Our doctor will perform a full physical exam.
Our doctor will perform a physical exam in the treatment area and make a treatment plan, which may include diagnostics, treatments, or medications.
The doctor will discuss the exam and treatment plan with you.
The doctor will review the exam findings and treatment plan with you in your assigned exam room and technician will come in to go over an estimate and any pertinent consent forms before moving forward with care or diagnostics.
Your pet is treated and your regular vet gets records.
Once diagnostics and treatments are completed, we will discharge your pet back to your care. All medical records, imaging, and diagnostic reports will be sent to you, via email, as well as to your regular veterinarian before the end of the night.

We try to see pets in the order that they are checked in, but may deviate from the schedule based on the severity of symptoms from one patient to another.
If this occurs, please be patient with us. One day, it might be your pet who needs expedited care and others may need to wait a bit longer.
